This is an IPA in the FRESH series. A series where we explore all the different aspects of an IPA. For this version we really shook it up! The main change is the yeast. We’ve had some fantastic results with a, for us, new yeast strain while brewing our most recent DIPA’s so we thought we’d try it on the FRESH series. Then, for good measure, we hopped, dry hopped and then dry hopped it again with the very best USA and New Zealand have to offer: Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. Bangin’!
