Sometimes, a beer takes a long time to figure out. You have an idea; ponder, try it out, and re-think. You add something, take it away, and add that something again. You make mistakes, bad ones, good ones, and ones that do not matter. Then, eventually, you have a finished beer.

Sometimes, someone says: ”Man, I love Nelson, Citra, and Amarillo.” And then, boom. Done. Nothing to it. The beer is finished almost even before it was made. Like some hadron collider, Einstein, back to the future, quantum computing, Schrödinger stuff. This beer Hyper is such a beer. So fast, it’s back before it leaves.

We took our pale ale malt base and added the hops mentioned above. Then we added more of those hops. Then some more. And a bit more. The result is an easy-drinking summer beer that will transport you to warm weather, blue skies, and a stereo playing in the distance in no time.
