For a long time, Jasmine blossoms have been used to scent tea. A subtly sweet highly fragrant and flowery tea. We’ve put these qualities into a sour beer. Bringing together the best of two worlds. In bloom!

Story text:

In 2014 Mikael went on a trip to China. Back with him to the brewery he brought a bag of Jasmine tea flowers. The smell of these flowers was insane. Sweet, a bit minty, flowery and just begging to be put in a beer. Said and done. This first version was a 4.0% ABV small batch brew that went over really well with all who tried it. Jasmine tea flowers, however, were hard to come by in the quality and the quantity we needed and wanted. So, the beer got put on hold. Until now! Having got what we want we’ve changed the beer a bit (down to 3.5% ABV) and made it a folköl. Still smells amazing. Still tastes great. This is one tasty beer!
