Prickly pear is a fruit from a cactus. Ginger, well that’s Ginger. And Sancho Pepper is a pepper that has a sharp, citrusy taste, with pleasant heat. These ingredients were brought to us by Magpie Brewing Co. from the island Jeju in their native South Korea to be put in this collaboration sour beer. 가자!

Story text:

At the brewery we have a brewer named Matt. Matt is a well traveled guy who has been working in different beverage industries all over the world. His previous position before joining us was as a brewer at Magpie Brewing Co, Jeju, South Korea. So, a collaboration between us and them seemed like it was bound to happen sooner or later. Love how the beer industry just brings people together! In November of 2018 they came to our place bearing all these flavors from their home. And, together we made this sour beer. A Swedish take on South Korea. When we go to their place, we’ll bring Sweden with us. Wonder what we’ll take?
