This is an IPA in the FRESH series. A series where we explore all the different aspects of an IPA. For this version we’ve decided to try out the combination of Kohatu and Loral hops in dry hopping. We think it’s like walking in a tropical pine forest full of flowers. In bloom!

Story text:

Even though we’ve now, after experimenting for seventeen versions, made FRESH, our new standard IPA, we still want to experiment with the base beer. This is the first of many such experiments: FLO RAL - An IPA in the FRESH-series. A version where we wanted to try a new hop combo. Because, even though we found a really nice hop combo with FRESH, there are almost an infinite number of hop combos and types to try. We had some nice experiences with Kohatu hops in our beer Shape Shifter and with Loral hops in Liesölve, our collab with Verdant Brewing Co. Half Kohatu pellets and half Loral lupin powder. That’s what we did this time. Nice!
