This is an IPA in the FRESH series. A series where we explore all the different aspects of an IPA. For this version we’ve decided to continue with the exploration that began with the previous version, CAS CADE. A new school old school IPA. Where CAS CADE was dry hopped with Cascade hops and fermented with US-05, NEO is dry hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook and fermented with a New England yeast strain.

Story text:

Even though we’ve experimented a lot with FRESH, our new standard IPA, we still want to play around with the base beer. This is the third of many such experiments: NEO - An IPA in the FRESH-series. A version where we continued treading the path of a modern classic.
