Sour Gold

Ever since we started doing lacto-sours we’ve kept them fairly low ABV. And, ever since we started doing sours we’ve wanted to do a big one. We’ve always found reasons not to. Either time, processes or yeast did not play to our favor and the beer, if it turned out at all, did not turn out the way we’d like. Until now that is. This beer is the result of a long journey both in thought and practice. And, we’re very happy with the way it came out. Big, clean and sour. ’Cus more is more.
