An American-type red ale with just the right amount of caramel, bitterness, and bubbles. Hopped with the US-classics Amarillo, Centennial, and Chinook for those fruity, piney, and slightly spicy notes. Ola!
In June 2020, we got an offer we could not refuse. The proposal was to buy a bar. For years we'd dreamt of our own place. And we were over the moon when we could finally do it.
For the bar, we decided that tap two would be dedicated to one-off staff beers. Beers that each member of staff, taking turns, would design and that we then would brew.
Now the turn to design and brew has come to newly appointed CEO Ola.
Ola, being a Dugge, went with the familiar. A beer for a cold winter's day, a hot summer's night, and everything in between. A seasonal round-year, if you will. Something to smash and savor at the same time. Neo-classic!
