Story text:
A collaboration beer born out of a collaboration beer that in turn led to another collaboration beer. All in the same realm. Congregation, Paters Bier, and now Parish. Sounds complicated. It’s not. It’s beer.
We collaborated on a West Coast Pilsner with Sweden's premier home brewing podcast, Hembryggning Halleluja!, and their Patreons. That beer launched a homebrewers competition, leading to yet another collab, Paters Bier, with the winner Karl Johansson, the podcast, and ourselves.
Upon tasting Congregation, Pelle Frost of All in Brewing wanted to collaborate on something similar for his festival, All In BrewFest. And, he already had yeast supplier AEB on board.
We let Pelle choose the style, the Patreons of the podcasts select the hops, AEB chooses the yeast, and we made it all work. Like a parish, we take care of our own.
The beer? It tastes great. Trust us. Sweet as!
