The inspriration for this beer did not start out as a beer. The truth is, we've started dabbling in hard seltzers. It seems like an industry's natural progression. For now, we've released nothing. And we might not. Let's see where it takes us.


Playing around with taste combinations for those seltzers, we came across this mind-blowing blend of berries, fruits, and flowers. It was so good; we knew it had to see the light of day. We dropped everything and created a sour beer to color the world! 


The beer turned out even better than we had anticipated. It was so candyesque and brought everyone who tried it back to the days of spending all their money on sweets. (For some people here at the brewery, that's bringing them back just a few days... but... you know.) Candy! 



Now, we want to bring that beer, the insporation beer, Rainbow, to the people. The folk, as we say in Swedish. So, we made a grocery store folköl version. Godis!
