Hoppy, fruity and surly were key words in this collab with All In Brewing. Heaps of Amarillo, Nelson, Chinook and Simcoe, lots of Mango and Black Currants and a tad lactic acid made it happen. Yes, two did Tango!

Story text:

Collaborations between the different Gothenburg breweries happen all the time. It’s a fun way to keep in touch, share experiences and try out new things. For some reason, we hadn’t done a lot of them lately and we really wanted to do one. Since All In Brewing had just started producing beer in the same munincipality as us we both thought it’d be a good idea to do something together, again. We wanted to push the boundaries. Sour, insanely hoppy, fruity. More, more, more! This beer might not be for everyone. But, it’s for us. Here’s to collaborations!
