We welcome you to the Northern Hemisphere with this Bite Series west coast style IPA. Hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo and Citra hops it has an aroma and taste experience of walking in a North American pine forest picking ripe oranges from the trees and enjoying every resin and juice filled drop. Borealis!

Story text:

West Coast IPA:s never really went away. At least not from our minds. These kind of IPAs have been with us from the very beginning. Heck, they are what made us today! It was what got us into beer, what made us want to brew beer and we’ve always loved drinking them. Why we, briefly, stopped doing them is not entirely clear. Declining sales is obviously has one part in it but… anyway, we needed to start doing them again. So we did. Enjoy!
