Tropic Folk is the result of a collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed this sour folk ale with Lactobacillus and let it ferment with mango, passion fruit and peach. We’re bringing thunder to the people!

Story text:

In Sweden we have a limit on how high ABV beers you can sell outside of the Swedish alcohol monopoly. These low ABV beers, not stronger than 3.5%, are often called Folköl which translates to Folk Beer or People's Beer. While there has been a craft beer revolution within higher (than 3.5%) ABV beers for a while now, the Folk Craft Beer revolution took a while to get going. However, it's here now! We wanted to stand on the barricades waiving our flag of tropical fruit sours. So we did. So we do. So we will.
