We have been experimenting around with Pale Ales, IPA’s, Double/Imperial IPA’s and even Triple IPA’s a lot lately. It’s not that we’re more interested in those styles than any other, it’s just that we are looking at creating a really, really juicy, sessionable, über-hoppy beer. Our most notable contribution to this quest — which is not only being pursued by us — is our FRESH series. But, there are a lot of others. Double Crush is one of them. Mouthfeel, fruitiness and freshness was the ambition for this one. For that, we really went to town with everything from malt bill to yeast type to hop profile, making it crushable times two… get it?
