FRESH is our ever changing concept, idea and journey towards the perfect IPA in a world where our idea of the perfect IPA is ever changing. For FRESHX we’ve taken away the oats. This was always going to be a rice IPA and we want that to show. We’ve added Ekuanot hops into the mix, and actually let that hop play a leading roll with its citrus, tropical fruit and herbal aromas. We’ve also, again, tweaked the dry hopping schedule to bring out as much hop aromas as possible. The main difference, however, will be appearance. We’re making the FRESH series brighter, starting off very gently with FRESHX.
The early versions of FRESH were bright, then we gradually got drawn into the haze craze. And, while we still love the haze as much as the next guy, FRESH was never about haze. FRESH is a crispy, super hoppy, luscious crush and as we’ve said from day one: Embarking on a journey towards a super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush IPA, with loads and loads and loads and loads of hops! That’s fresh! This is fresh! Gotta be fresh!
